Refund policy
We carefully inspect each candle before we mail it out.
By making a purchase, you agree that our candles are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for candles that have been damaged during the courier process, or if you have received a faulty product.
To complete your return, please send a proof of purchase and images of damage/faultiness to orders@remindsmeof.co. This has to be made within 7 days of receiving your items, and we will issue you a full refund.
